საბაგირო გზა ნუცუბიძე - ლისის ტბა გაიხსნა 1978 წელს საბაგიროს სიგრძე შეადგენდა 1112 მეტრს. ვაგონები იყო 25 კაცზე გათვლილი. ერთი სადგურიდან მეორემდე მგზავრობა 3-4 წუთს შეადგენდა. სადგურების არქიტექტორი გერა ხეჩინაშვილი. საბაგიროს პროექტის ავტორი ვახტანგ ლეჟავა 1995 წელს ლისის ტბის საბაგირო გაჩერებული იყო სარემონტოდ, ამით ისარგებლეს ადგილობრივმა ტაქსისტებმა და ზედა სადგურში მარცხენა მზიდი ბაგირის ჩაანკერების ადგილას ცეცხლი დაანთეს, ცეცხლის პირდაპირმა ალმა ბაგირი ღამის განმავლობაში გაადნო და იგი შენობას გამოსძვრა. სადგურს ცეცხლის კვალი ახლაც ეტყობა. 2010 წელს ვაგონებისა და ბაგირების დემონტაჟი მოხდა.რის შემდეგაც უფრო გაცხოველებული ტემპით შეუდგნენ ქვედა სადგურთან სახლების შენებას. 2011 წელს სამივე საყრდენიც გადაჭრეს. ახლა სახლების გამო ძველი ტრასა ვეღარ აღდგება. საბაგირო ონკოლოგიურის თანამშრომლებეისთვის ვიზიტორებისთვის და ლისის ტბისთვის ერთადერთ ნორმალური სატრანსპორტო საშუალება იყო უსწრაფესი გზით.
