Ce dernier a fait la une du journal "la marne" après avoir été squatté par un groupe de plus ou moins 30 roms en 2021. Depuis, le bâtiment fut bloqué mais il est cependant très simple d'y entrer. Si cette vitre est bloquée de nouveau, faites le tour de l'entrepôt et vous trouverez une sortie de secours encore ouverte. Il y a un étage au magasin contenant des bureaux, cependant, prévoyez les masques (moisissures) et les gants car il faut escalader pour passer la partie d'escalier démolie. Il y a encore des signes de squat mais jusqu'à alors, nous n'y avons trouvé personne. L'entrepôt est une oeuvre d'art aloes prévoyez les appareils photos. Pour trouver le bâtiment, rendez vous au clos du chêne au niveau du cultura/intersport, le bâtiment est derrière. Il est très exposé au public alors attention, cependant il n'est pas surveillé.
