Knoxville College for Black Liberal Arts

Has been abandoned for many years. College for African Americans studying liberal arts. Has been set on fire multiple times. Murders have have happened here, people hide bodies here as well. Homeless population is moderate. The community looks over the property. Houses surrounding the property. I recommend having a weapon, flashlights, and a police scanner to listen to. You will NOT know when police show up and they will chase you. Be cautious as there’s lots of drug needles and leftover drugs. Place is practically destroyed, shit In toilets from homeless. Very easy to enter but hard to get around security/police as of 11/12/25. Went on 11/12/25 at night with group of friends. Noticed someone in the distance by a car. Couldn’t make them out too well since it was dark. Felt paranoid so my drunk friend walked over to the guy and we started getting yelled at to get down and stay there. We booked it instantly down the hill and there were several officers driving around and also some chasing us with dogs and guns drawn. If you’re going to go i recommend parking at food city and walking there (not far at all). If you get caught you will NEED to run because you will get charged to the fullest extent. If you run you gotta run to food city and leave Knoxville as fast as you can. Cops did show up to food city as soon as we left.
