Ex hotel abbandonato sulla collina di alassio. Posto meraviglio pieno di dettagli, era un hotel di lusso dove ha soggiornato in ritiro la nazionale italiana dopo i mondiali. Non ci sono senzatetto ma è piena di muffa nera in alcune stanze. Il complesso ha 3 palazzine, 2 di cui erano stanze dell hotel mentre nella terza, quella principale ci sono le stanze, la reception, una sala comune, le cucine. I tetti sono facilmente accessibili con delle scale e offrono delle viste incredibili. Per entrare bisogna andare sul retro dove si trova un tetto di un bar dell’hotel, bisogna tirarsi su sul tetto e poi saltare giù, il salto non è altissimo ed è abbastanza facile. Per uscire bisogna passare dalle cucine per poi uscire su un balcone da cui ci si può calare per scendere, tutti i buchi nel recinto sono state tappate e pure quelle sul cancello.
